This investment method is considered a passive strategy, we take all the risk of managing the process, you sit back and reap the rewards.

Investment Partner

For our larger scale projects, those investors who wish to be more involved will have an option to gain from both the capital appreciation of the property and the monthly income generated by the asset, additionally you will be provided with the opportunity to learn about the project process in detail, working alongside us from inception to completion.

This investment strategy will involve us establishing a joint venture, via a limited company, where under all profit and risk will be shared by both parties, representative of the amount of investment contributed by each partner.

For both investment options we will discuss the level of risk you are comfortable with, agree the amount you want to invest, and based on the same mutually agree the best approach to investing with us.
